Sale/and-lease Back Contract

Present contract is concluded on ___ _________ 200__ at Riga between _________________________________, which is located at the address: ___________________, and is registered by Register of enterprises of Latvian Republic ___. ___________ 19__ under No _________, in presence of __________________, acting on basis of Statute, hereinafter refereed to as The Lessor, on the one hand, and enterprise ________________________________, which is located at the address: _________________, and is registered by Register of enterprises of Latvian Republic ___. ___________ 19__ under No ________, in presence of __________________, acting on basis of Statute, hereinafter refereed to as The Lessee, on the other hand.

1. SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT

1.1. Equipment listed in supplement No 1 to the present contract, hereinafter refereed to as the object of leasing.

1.2. Sale-and-lease back relationships between the parties consist of following stages:

1.2.1. The Lessor purchases from The Lessee equipment (and title of ownership) mentioned in point 1.1 of the present contract;

1.2.2. The Lessor passes to The Lessee the object of the contract to use it during period of 12 months;

1.2.3. after period of 12 months the title of ownership for the object of leasing to be passed back to The Lessee if he will pay to The Lessor all leasing payments. …
