Business Plan for Opening Own Small Firm: Dormitory Laundry Service "Wash & Study"

1.1. Description of idea
What? Laundry service in dormitories “WASH & STUDY”. We will offer more than just laundry – also possibility to wash and study as we will call “wash smart”. In future also laundry and bar “Smirnoff’s Pub”.
Why? I am student from Riga Technical University (RTU) which is located in the capital of my country Latvia, in Riga. RTU is the second largest university in Latvia and leader of volume of technical field students. So therefore RTU has a lot of students who are living in dormitories. RTU has dormitories for more than 20 percent of all students and one of most popular (especially for new students) are two dormitory buildings located in Ķīpsala. But there is no laundry and it is a big problem because usually students have to take to home their laundry (to whom it is possible) or wash by hands so therefore laundry in dormitories would be the best solution for students.
Laundry service “WASH & STUDY” will be also available not only for those students who are living in particular dormitories but also for other students by shoving their student ID card.
Why this ideal will be unique and what will be the competitive advantage? Nowadays students are used to manage a lot of stuff get done in one time or in very short time so that’s why is very important to respect their time and find ways how to save. …
