By and between registered by the at Latvian State Register of Enterprises, (hereinafter called ‘the Client’ of the one part), represented for the signature of this Contract by , Director and: (hereinafter called ‘the Supplier’ of another part), represented for the signature of this Contract by , Director.

WHEREBY it is agreed as follows:

1. General Subject of the Agreement

1.1The Supplier will investigate and analyse the conjuncture of wholesale market of food - coffee - and will search for new partners in Ukraina.
1.2.The Supplier will represent the Client, offering existing and new products in Ukraina.
