Letter of Complaint

I thought I should let you know, that during the
flight, in plain were some young,mannerless, people. They were drinking alcohol, loudly screemed and talked stupid things, it was really unhuman, because passengers couldn`t sleep and enjoy the flight. They were made to me rootless feeling. Allowing that kind of behavior is simply unacceptable from a professional
airline, and I`m saying that, because of fact that plain`s headship, din`t do anything to stop that chaos. I really think, that their manners were not justifiable.…
