Service apartments are for elderly, people with functional disabilities, who are not able to take care of themselves by themselves single-handedly at their own home environment, although they are receiving home care services.
Payments in regards of the rent and utilities service users pay by themselves,
and as before they receive social care services without paying anything extra.

Soup kitchen
place where food is offered to the hungry for free or at a below market price.
Frequently located in lower-income neighborhoods, they are often staffed by volunteer organizations.
Soup kitchens sometimes obtain food from a food bank for free or at a low price, because they are considered a charity, which makes it easier for them to feed many people who require their services.

Service Emergency Button 24 hours per day ensure opportunities of communication in service user's residence, informative support and help in situations, involving threats to human health and life
