Adults, especially elderly people living far away from their families, deprived of tactical contact for a long period of time will tell you just how depressing it feels. A hug, a handshake, a pat on the back and a kiss are all very important and bring us close to others. An increasing mobility of humans throughout the globe, due to business or study reasons, has brought family members to spend most of their time apart from each other. Humans need physical contact with each other. The Hug Clothes will provide an emotional link between the people around the world. The Hug Clothes is not meant to replace human contact, but to make you happy if you are away for business or other reasons and you miss your friends and loved ones! It also has some very interesting applications in the medical field with the elderly and children.

3. How the ownership will be shared?

All of the seven members will have equal part of company’s shares. Total investment of our own money: 70 000 € (7 people), Angels - 30 000 € (3 people) = 100 000 €
Capital will be divided in 70 stocks. 1 stock = 1000 €
1) x – 10 000 € (10 stocks, 14, 2% of capital)
2) x – 10 000 € (10 stocks, 14, 2% of capital)
3) x - 10 000 € (10 stocks, 14, 2% of capital)
4) x – 10 000 € (10 stocks, 14, 2% of capital)
5) x - 10 000 € (10 stocks, 14, 2% of capital)
6) x - 12 000 € (12 stocks, 17% of capital)
7) x - 8 000 € (8 stocks, 12% of capital)
