Business Plan for the "Outlet" Store

My business idea is to open outlet shop in Latvia. It will offer for their clients the famous brand clothes from last collections. In Latvia there are not so many outlet shops, just some and small one. I’m planning to open a big one who is similar to this kind of shops like in Italy and Germany. If my business will develop well I’ll open the same in Estonia.
My outlet shop will offer clothes form a lot of designer last collections like Diesel, Mis Sixty, Guess, Gorgio Armani, Douche Gabana, Versache, Prada, Reply, Tomy Hilfinger etc. Those closes will be much cheaper as before they were, because they will be from last collections. But it’s not a problem, because a lot of people need just quality and brand not last fashion closes. My shop concept will be to sell quantity of clothes for much smaller prices as in original shops.
THE BUSINESS GOAL IS TO OFFER GOOD QUALITY AND FAMOUSE BRAND CLOTHES FOR MUCH LOVER PRICES.

In Latvia there are a lot of people who love designer and good quality clothes. Especially Russian people. They spend a lot of money for looking good. There are some good shops in Latvia where they can buy those goods, but not a lot. A demand need to be much bigger as it is know. They always are waiting for sale time in those shops, because everybody wants to buy clothes for lover prices.
So I came to conclusion to open OUTLET shop in Latvia where will be a lot of good clothes for good prices. The same as in Italy or Germany. In every country in Europe there are places where are placed outlet shops, but in Latvia we don’t have any. It will be good solution for lots of Latvian people. …
