Agency Agreement

1. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

1.1. The Principal commissions The Agent and The Agent undertakes to act as an intermediary and renders to The Principal assistance in its relationship with shipowners of fishing boats and with directors of fish processing factories registered in Baltic countries.

1.2. Also The Agent represents other interests of The Principal in this area.

2. OBLIGATIONS OF THE AGENT

The Agent renders following intermediate service:

2.1. Represents the interests of The Principal in Baltic counties.

2.2. Helps to The Principal to conclude contracts with shipowners to charter fishing boats to catch and to process fish within exclusive economical zones of Baltic countries.

2.3. Organizes storage of fish in shoreside cold stores.

1. VIENOŠANĀS PRIEKŠMETS

1.1.Principāls uzdod Aģentam, bet Aģents uzņemas starpnieka lomu, lai sniegtu Principālam palīdzību viņa attiecībās ar zvejas kuģu īpašniekiem un Baltijas valstīs reģistrēto zivju pārstrādes uzņēmumu vadītājiem.

1.2. Aģents pārstāv arī citas Principāla intereses šajā rajonā.

2. AĢENTA PIENĀKUMI

Aģents sniedz šādus starpniecības pakalpojumus:

2.1. Pārstāv Principāla intereses Baltijas valstīs.

1. ПРЕДМЕТ СОГЛАШЕНИЯ

1.1. Принципал поручает Агенту, а Агент берет на себя роль посредника для оказания Принципалу содей ствия в его отношениях с судовладельцами рыболовных судов и руководителями рыбоперерабатывающих предприятий, зарегистрированных в странах Балтии.

1.2. Агент также представляет другие интересы Принципала в этом районе.

2. ОБЯЗАННОСТИ АГЕНТА

Агент предоставляет следующие посреднические услуги:

2.1. Представляет интересы Принципала в странах Балтии.
