Good afternoon! My name is Jana and I am the accountant of Joint Stock Company “Cleo”. I’m here today to talk about my company, I’m working there and I choused this theme because it was one of the examination themes. First of all I want to introduce you with Joint Stock Company “Cleo”. This company was founded in 1992 and it was one of the first denationalized companies in its branch. Now it is big company, there are working more then 300 employees.
Joint Stock Company means that there are some peoples or companies who are shareholders and they have authority to take part in administration of company. The second powerful department in a company is the Board of JSC, and then is the CEO and president of JSC "Cleo".
