Administrative Violations in Road Traffic

CONCLUSIONS AND SUGGESTIONS
After carrying put this paper, the author thinks that the aim of the paper has been reached and the types of administrative penalties have been examined and also their specific features in the traffic and after the examination one can conclude that:
1. The administrative violations of the road traffic have been widely examined in the LVAC paying attention to both unimportant violations and important violations that influence the traffic safety.
2. The penalties mentioned in the LVAC correspond to the severity of the violation, the more serious is the violation of the traffic regulations, and the more severe is the penalty.
3. In some articles of the LVAC there are insignificant penalties, for the violations of the pedestrian traffic regulations the fine could be from 5 LVL to 100 LVL, instead of current 5 LVL to 20 LVL fine and the fine for driving under the alcohol effect could be from 700 LVL to 1500 LVL, depending on the intoxication level, instead of the current fine of 200 LVL to 500 LVL.
4. The administrative arrest as one of the penalty type has lost its effectiveness and it could be replaced by some public work thus punishing the violator and cleaning our country.
