"The Horse Whisperer" by Nicholas Evans

I choosed to read a book „The Horse Whisperer” by Nicholas Evans, because this book is a bestseller and I have heard very great references about it.
In my opinion the book is very emotional and unexpectable. That shows in the begining.
The book starts with a tragical accident. Grace MacLean is a teenager and her best frriend is Judith. One winters morning girls go out to ride their horses. Grace rides with her favourite horse Pilgrim, but Judith with Gulliver. As they ride up an icy slope, Gulliver slips and hits Pilgrim. Both horses fall, dragging the girls onto a road and colliding with a truck. Judith and Gulliver are killed, but Grace and Pilgrim are both severely injured. At this place I was shocked and coriosity at the same time. I continued reading with a big interest in it. After this accident Grace has her right leg amputed, meanwhile, Pilgrim is traumatized and uncontrollable.…
