The Disadvantages of Remote Working

21st century has made significant changes not only in technologies but also in organization structure and employment. Such kind of helpful things as mobile phones, broadening possibilities of internet access, including telephone and video conferences has changed environment in many companies. Now it does not matter that the person is in another region, country or even continent because remote working now has taken a significant place in many local and global companies. In spite of many advantages of remote working like cost reduction and flexibility, there are also some significant disadvantages that should be considered by a company when using remote working.
