My Understanding about Structure of Law

In Latvia we have legislative power, which are the most important in law governed state. Then is executive. Executive most important issue is laws exercise in real life, than law, operate in necessary administration systems. Executive, main institutions is the head of state and the governments-minister cabinet. Executive institutions usually divided government and administration. To government usually owned higher political officer- president, prime minister, minister and other higher officers, which are elected and are responsible about voters. Administration includes-Ministries, administrations, services and agencies with own worker employer. In other countries executive obligations and tasks are different.…
