Conclusion
With any organization, behavior is one of the basis's to help it run effectively. I think in my place of work, I am provided with direct support from management, which in turn grants me the opportunity to do what is required of me and then some. I will say with all due respect, communication is the key, and I will add, I am able to speak freely about the positives and negatives concerning my work. There may be one or two things that I don't like about my job, but I know they are just as important as the next, so I find a positive way to incorporate them in.
Another important area in my work place is productivity and efficiency; when operating with grant money from the government, you must be efficient. Most of our research studies are done by case studies, either by a clinical trials sponsor or a bench study done within the University. All studies must be accounted for and accurate according to the Human Investigative Committee before it is allowed to continue. However, it gives me great pleasure knowing that I work for such an institution whose leadership has guided so many students into becoming world renowned doctors.
