Despite the Occurrence of Natural Disasters and Human Tragedies

I can truly agree to this statement because there are many proves in the human history. According to what I have learnt during my studies of economics, after large disasters of human tragedies It is just like in an economy – there are growth, booms, recession or even a depression, but the overall trend usually is upward – because there are other factors that influence this movement. New gadgets are invented and the work can be done more effectively. During natural disasters and human tragedies a lot of material values are lost – but as we can learn from the history, the economic improvement can be evaluated as the highest especially in the periods after huge tragedies, e.g. wars. For example, the economy of Japan, one of the most successful examples of the mundane world, started its development after World war II, because it was destroyed to the level that is must reform all the production appropriate for the new circumstances.
Moreover, the trend could also be appropriate for the situation also about spiritual and ethical movements. Not to mention the fact that the humans like to think about themselves as ethically and spiritually higher as those who lived before, there is some evidence that either strengthens or weakens this opinion. I would like to mention some of those equivocal evidence for this statement. During the Middle age people had different value scale as that we have today.
